CreativeAITools provides AI-powered creative automation services, tools, templates, and content systems ("Services"). Services are provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using CreativeAITools, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our products or tools without explicit written permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary systems or workflows.
• Use our Services to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or violates third-party rights.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of our infrastructure.

All content, systems, designs, and materials on CreativeAITools are the intellectual property of Jesse Lane / CreativeAITools unless otherwise noted. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased products for personal or commercial use as described at the point of sale.

You retain ownership of any original content you create using our tools.

All sales are processed through third-party payment providers. Prices are subject to change. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from use of our tools or systems. Creative output and business outcomes vary by user and context.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreativeAITools and Jesse Lane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
